Limited Warranty
GLOWVY JEWELRY provides a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufactured defects in material and quality. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product found to be defective. A valid purchase receipt must be provided, and warranty claims must be submitted through the original seller.
Upon Delivery
All products are shipped in good condition and securely packaged. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please photograph the packaging and the item, and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Keep all packaging materials, as they may be needed for carrier freight claims.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
- Must be reported within 24 hours with original receipt and photos
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered by this warranty:
- Damage from water, sweat, or chemicals (e.g., perfume, lotion, cleaning agents)
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., plating fade, minor scratches)
- Physical damage from improper use, impact, or storage
- Loss or theft
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Damage from not following our care guide
Please refer to our Care Guide to extend the lifespan of your jewelry.
Warranty Resolution
We will either:
- Repair the product to our current standards
- Replace with an identical or similar item, at our discretion
Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the one-year warranty period. Some states do not allow time limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply in all jurisdictions.
Legal Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your location. If any part of this warranty is not enforceable under law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
Jurisdiction
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable U.S. federal laws. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Cheyenne County, Wyoming.
